Sunny Monday

The rain finally stopped this morning so we went to Scott's office and picked up the DVD's Paul had made for us. Then we went out to Pearl Harbor. We walked around awhile but they weren't showing the video today so we didn't stay. I had seen Pearl Harbor in 1999 so no big deal. We then stopped at a market and picked up a fresh pineapple. After that it was close to noon so we went to Bubba Gump's and had fish and chips. When they learned it was my birthday they gave me a free ice cream sundae. Then we came back to the apartment and opened the DVD Paul made to check out the photos. This is some of them.

Paul took a lot. It was windy in them so they show us rather wind blown.

This is just Scott and me.

And, of course, this is just me.

This is me looking out over the water with the mountain in the background.

We stopped at a nearby stable and petted the horses.

Day before yesterday (Saturday)we took a drive around the east side of the island and the North Shore. I got a few photos while we whizzed by. We didn't stop because they were having the Vans World Cup Surfing Tournament and it was swamped.

This is the Blowhole on the North east side of the island.

This is along the east shore.

These were both taken along the north shore.

This was taken at Waimaha Bay.
