Another Big Day
This has been another of those days. We had church this morning. I preached. Then afterward I came home and fixed a dish for the PINCH (People for Institutional and Community Harmony) pot luck dinner at the Youth Activity Center. There were only about 50 there and we had expected over 125. But those that were there seemed to have a good time and there was lots of food and entertainment during the meal.
I took my hamburger pie dish and brought home pork and chicken too that was left over. There were probably 17 churches represented this year, just a smaller turnout per church.
I folded tablecloths afterward and did some cleaning up before coming home. I am really tired now and I still have my notes to do this evening.

Get rested, we've got work to do before the election.
Take a nap and you'll feel refreshed to work on your notes.
Margie,
If you're interested in getting rid of that hoop of crazy letters commenters have to jump through to post a comment, do the following.
Go to your "Settings" page on your dashboard.
At the top of that page click the "Comments" tab.
Scroll down to where it reads "Show Word Verification for Comments" and click "No"
I got rid of mine several weeks ago and then couldn't remember how to do it. I found it again today.
I could not find the "Show Word Verification for Comments" setting Linda.
I went to "Settings" and "Comments" but did not find the third step.
I found it! I found it! I think I have it turned off now, Linda!
Margie you are such a busy person. No wonder you are tired. Sounds like you at least got to bring home some good food. I had sushi tonight for the first time in my life. My son and his wife took me out for my birthday and they wanted me to try it. I actually liked it! The house seems to be coming along. I enjoyed the pictures.
Margie,
I had an email from dogmusing saying the crazy letters are to keep away spam, that Spammers are not likely to take the time to do the letters.
I don't want to be responsible for problems on anyone's blog so I'll pass along her message and let you decide what you'd like to do.
