Friday and Cold Weather and Rain

I was up at 4:00AM and made my bed, made up my face and watched the "weather on the 8's".

Here is the forecast.Today is 76 degrees and sunny, Saturday is to be 74 degrees and sunny, Sunday is to be 81 degrees and sunny, Monday is to be 87 degrees and mostly cloudy and windy, Tuesday is to be 86 degrees Partly cloudy and windy. Wednesday is to be 78 degrees and  thunderstorms and wind, Thursday is to be 69 degrees and partly cloudy. That's the week!  

I haven't even looked for the cats. Yesterday I bought more Dollar General wet cat food. The six cats ate most of the day. I went down to the Copan Restaurant and found the owner, George Chaney,  had died. The restaurant was closed until after the funeral.

I am to go to Leslie's at 10:45AM this morning and put my suitcase, bedroll and pillow in her car and leave my car in her garage. Then we will go to  Karan's and put her suitcase and bedroll and luggage in Leslie's car too. Then we will leave for the reunion grounds for the weekend. We will go to the campgrounds just over the weekend. It's an overnight women's retreat. We will come back home the next day....on Saturday.

It has been raining and thundering this morning.

Thursday and 92 Degrees

I didn't catch "the weather on the 8's" yesterday. I went to Game Day at the senior center in Coffeyville. We had a good time with some really good treats.

So today I have done my best to catch up on the week. All six cats were out there for their breakfast this morning I fed them and then cleaned up their bowls.

Tomorrow is to be our trip to the Church's campgrounds. I will go to Leslie's at 10:45AM and put my car in her garage and put my luggage and my pillow and my weekend camping stuff in her car. I will take one medium sized luggage bag and my purse, that bag and my phone..

Tomorrow is Friday and also our trip to pick up Karan in Coffeyville and put her luggage and pillow in Leslie's car too. It is to be 77 degrees..We will leave for the campgrounds from there. We will be taking Leslie's car to the campgrounds.

The weekend is a women's retreat so it is just a weekend and we will be coming back home after just an overnight stay. 

Saturday was to be 76 degrees and  Sunday is to be 82 degrees and we will be back home by then.

Monday and Tuesday are to be 85 degrees and next Wednesday is to be 84 degrees and sunny, That is the week!

Now I am thinking of going to the Copan Restaurant for my lunch.

I went down to Copan Restaurant for my lunch but they were closed. Their owner, John Cheney, had died and they were closed for a few days until after the funeral.

Several days ago, I had stopped at Big Cheese in Independence and bought a small pizza. I couldn't eat it all so I had them box it up and I took it home and put it in the frig. So I put it in the microwave just now and warmed it up and are eating that. It is still good!

Tuesday and Cool Weather

 I noticed yesterday that it was very cool out. I went out several times to feed the cats and it was always pretty cool. I haven't checked on them yet today. I was up and dressed at 4:30AM this morning. I turned on the TV and watched for "the weather on the 8's". It finally came on and I got it on the camera on my phone.

So here's the week's forecast. Today is to be 92 degrees and sunny, Tomorrow is to be 84 degrees and sunny, Thursday is to be 92 degrees and sunny and windy, Friday is to be 79 degrees and sunny, Saturday is to be 76 degrees mostly sunny, Sunday is to be 82 degrees and partly cloudy, and Monday is to 85 degrees and partly cloudy and windy. and that's the week!

I haven't checked on the cats yet. It's only 6:31AM.

I will pack for the weekend on Thursday and get my bedroll down from the shelf in my closet and put everything I am taking in my car. 

I will leave Leslie's at 10:45  When I get to her place I will transfer my stuff to her car and put my car in her garage. Then we will go pick up Karan and put her stuff in Leslie's car too. Then we will leave for the reunion grounds.

Monday and a Warm Day

I was up at 4:45AM this morning and made my bed, dressed and got myself ready for the day. I haven's checked on the cats yet but I did find "the weather on the 8's" and here it is..

Today is to be 84 degrees and sunny, Tuesday is to be 91 degrees and sunny, Wednesday is to be 86 degrees and sunny, Thursday is to be 90 degrees and sunny and Friday is to be 79 degrees and mostly sunny, Saturday is to be 71 degrees and partly cloudy and Sunday is to be 76 degrees and mostly sunny. That's the week!

I have yet to check on the cats. I imagine they are very hungry and I think it's going to be pretty chilly out there too.

I will check on them now. More Later...

There were only two cats out there waiting for their breakfast and I fixed two bowls of both wet and dry cat food for them I imagine they will be joined by more very soon..as soon as the others see they are eating. I will watch for more and fix more food bowls as soon as that happens.
