Cox Communications

I am checking out my checking account. For several months I had a credit balance and was told not to pay on the bill for that reason. That's why there are times when you may have seen  blanks in the report.

There was a check on 1/3 on a Chase Credit Card on  6/22  for 155.23 and another one on 8/30 on my checkbook for $40.62. This was during the time I had a large credit balance because of over payment on the account.  That's when I began to pay by check. There was another one on 11/13 of $139.30. There was a payment on !2/17 of $96.49. By this time the Credit balance was gone.

Also part of this time I was asked to make my payment to a PO Box  to Cox Communications 9001112 Louisville, KY402 90-1112.  That was the mailing address for quite awhile and then it was changed to Cox Communications PO Box 9001112, Louisville KY 40290

Account Number 001 1012 029218904. I sent my most recent check to a Savannah, GA. address. Now I cannot find that address in my Cox Communications material. Please send me that bill I now owe and where to send it.
