Sunday and No Online Church from Toranto

I slept really well after all that work yesterday. Still I was up at 5:00AM, dressed and had my breakfast. I am working on my coffee now. I will go watch "the weather on the 8's" in a minute. Then I will check on Bob and then the cats. I am still a little tired this morning so I will mainly read today. I plan to have the rest of my broccoli cheddar soup for lunch.

Always something...the stool was stopped up this morning and I had to go into the garage and get my plunger. That took care of the problem though.

Now I will get my Chai Latte and go watch the weather so... back to this later. 

All four cats were out there waiting for their breakfast. Scruffie didn't come for supper last evening so she was very hungry this morning and cranky. She took a swap at one of the yellow cats to run it away from her bowl. So two yellow cats are out there, Scruffie and Inky. They all are very hungry.  It's 7:05AM now so it won't be long now for the local weather.

I heard from Bob. He slept well too.

It's 7:06AM now for it will be 2 minutes until the local weather comes on. Then I will change to channel 6 for the Tulsa news.

I watched the CBS news and then turned to "Face the Nation" and the virus injections are slowed to a crawl compared to what they had intended. One of the reasons is lack of staff to inject people.  They are so overwhelmed with just treating people with the virus. They need to turn to the private sector like Walmart to inject people with the vaccinations. They are expecting another huge surge from Christmas and New Years gatherings in a couple of weeks. As long as the ignorant folks refuse to wear face masks and do separation from others, the virus will continue to spread faster then the vaccination can handle. According to the government representative half the available vaccine is still sitting on the shelves in government refrigerators while those of us over 65 are waiting until March or even April to be vaccinated if we are not in ta nursing home.

In the meantime, the virus is spreading like wildfire and now even the new more contagious virus is too. And it is infecting children.

I read all afternoon and finished another book.

Suzanne popped in and picked up the rent halfway through the afternoon.  She didn't come in or stay long. She is either afraid of me or afraid she will spread something to me. She never comes in anymore.  

I read all afternoon  on my new book.

I watched the 6:00PM worship service from Springfield,Missouri.  Then watched the 6:00PM 60 Minutes program.

Then I read the rest of the evening until 8:30PM I took my bath and went to bed at 9:00PM.
